In order to do that, start collecting the right data TODAY. Not just names and emails. Ask about their biggest challenges. Their goals. What keeps them awake at 3AM while scrolling Facebook.
Let me be real with you – setting up personalization takes work. But it is worth it.
Because when everyone else is screaming into the void, you’ll be having meaningful conversations that actually convert.
